Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Willing to travel locally and regionally. About the Job
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Working closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute sales plans that drive business growth.
- Proactively identifying and exploring new business opportunities, markets, and customer demographics.
- Involved in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and market analyses.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and diligent follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
