About the role
The Marketing & Sales Support Executive (Agency Channel) is responsible for providing operational, marketing, and administrative support to the agency distribution channel. The role focuses on coordinating marketing initiatives, incentive campaigns, events, and communication to enhance agent engagement, recruitment, and sales productivity.
What you'll be doing
Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to agency leaders and field force.
Coordinate sales activities, contests, and performance tracking for agency teams.
Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and agency leaders.
Liaise with internal departments (Finance, IT, Operations) to resolve agent issues promptly.
Support the development and execution of agency marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare marketing materials, digital content, and communication updates for the agency force.
Manage distribution of marketing collateral, newsletters, and event invitations.
Coordinate creative requests and approvals with internal design teams or external vendors.
Plan and organize agency conventions, incentive trips, awards nights, and training events.
Monitor performance and qualification progress for incentive campaigns.
Support event logistics including invitations, registration, and coordination with vendors.
Track sales performance and key metrics (recruitment, activation, persistency, productivity, etc.).
Provide data-driven insights and reports to management and agency leaders.
Maintain accurate and updated records of agency communications and campaign results.
Build strong relationships with agency leaders and regional managers to support sales growth.
Serve as a liaison between the marketing, sales, and agency operations teams.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Head of Agency or Marketing Lead.
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or sales support role (insurance / financial industry preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
