Project Implementation and Product Management
- To lead, conduct, and make informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of a project, from the planning stage to completion.
- Oversee juniors in document business processes, conducting product training for client users, and facilitating user testing.
- Proactively seek process improvements, implementation, and configuration of solutions, and challenge the current processes for further enhancement opportunities.
Helpdesk and Support
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support to clients to ensure the quality of work always delivered and maintain professionalism.To support the sales and presales team and participate in solutions demos to the customer.Provide professional consulting services to clients on the Company’s products and services.General
To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary.Teamwork – to consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all team members.To mentor the juniors and work closely with them and clients based on business requirements.To conduct skill set transfer within the team.To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and / or the management.Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
