Overview
Associate Trainer - Engineering / Operations (Bus Academy)
Develop, perform, and coach quality Bus Engineering / Operations technical training programs for all bus staff and external customers to ensure the workgroup is adequately trained, enhance the capability in operating and maintaining bus assets, and generate revenue.
Key Accountabilities
- Organize and perform schedule, unscheduled technical and refresher training; providing technical guidance and hands-on training as and when required to have only skilled and qualified competent personnel.
- Perform Supervision, mentoring, coaching, and counseling in Training in accordance with job specification requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
- External Program : Plan, module design and development, implementation, and execution of the training program.
- Plan and manage collaboration works and smart partnership with identified strategic partners such as government agencies and appointed bodies, public transport industry players, third party learning providers (including higher learning institutions) to enhance The Academy capabilities in churning out reliable and competent engineering training (focusing on Electric Bus) workforce to operate and manage Prasarana assets.
- Develop training materials that are up to the latest standards or technology, equipment and practical areas are up to date and maintained to enable the training to be conducted effectively. Evaluate and analyze the trainee performance and knowledge acquirement at the end of training session to ensure the competency level meets the operation and maintenance requirements.
- Participate and assess on the job training from equipment vendor / supplier or manufacturer comprehensively so that the knowledge gained is at optimum level.
- Maintain and analyze training documents and records.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
Minimum three years of working experience with training environment exposure.Technical Writing Skill and develop training assessment.Knowledge in measure and assess staff training needs Analysis.Seniority level
