Job Description
- Upkeep of risk management related policies / frameworks.
- Ensure that all related risk management policies / frameworks are consistent with Group counterparts but also suited to local business requirements and local regulations.
- Ensure annual review conducted timely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Upkeep and Monitor The Bank’s Risk Appetite Statement (RAS). Coordinate and work with Business Units (BU) / Support Units (SU) to ensure timely reporting / tracking of :Monthly Entity RAS dashboardMonthly BU RAS dashboardPerform annual review of the Bank’s RAS according to Group guidelines and adapt to local requirementsImplement and monitor growth of Risk Culture within the Bank via risk culture tools (dashboards, thematic discussion packs, etc.)Collaborate with Risk Culture Champions to implement Group initiativesUpdate Risk Culture dashboard for submission to Group and local tier 2 committeesHalf-yearly Risk Culture & Conduct Risk dashboardUpkeep and maintenance of the Recovery Plan (RCP)Ensure RCP is reviewed annually, remains relevant to local business practices and compliant with local regulationsCollaborate with various units across the Bank in upkeep of the RCPProvide Secretariat support for the Risk & Capital Committee (RCC)Coordinate RCC meetings and follow through with stakeholders on actionable matters arising from RCC decisionsJob Requirements
Preferably degree holder in Finance / Business Management with minimum 5 years of related experience in risk reporting and risk policy drafting / maintenance.Confident and able to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.Good verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate thoughts clearly.Good team player, able to work as part of a dynamic, results oriented team.Diligent, yet agile and creative in developing ideas and solutions to problems.Able to plan and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Additional Requirements
