Responsibilities

  • Assist in bookkeeping by cost centers and department
  • Handle all day to day finance and accounts operations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, payments to suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation and monthly closing.
  • File all the secretarial documents M&A, bank facility, SPA, tenancy and other business agreement
  • Participate in annual audits and tax submissions
  • Any ad-hoc assignment as and when assigned by the management

Requirements and Skills

  • Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting Software)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Maintain employee files in high confidential and private and help admin and Human Resource Department as and when needed in all aspects and matters.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.

    • Experience

  • Prior experience in finance or accounting support role is preferred.
  • Exposure to accounts payable / receivable, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered.

    • Additional Skills

  • Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
