Inside Sales Account Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanNegotiate and close business deals with customers. Collaborate with Marketing and customers to finalize deals. Manage order entries and acknowledgments. Prepare semi-annual account review reports. Conduct business reviews with customers twice a year. Proactively seek guidance from the Group Manager / Director to enhance skills and business knowledge. Report business challenges to the Group Manager / Director and work on resolving obstacles. Effectively manage customer backorders. Collect payments from customers and manage accounts receivable (AR). Reduce stranded and excess inventory (S&E). Education : A Diploma or Degree qualification or equivalent is required for this position. Experience : 3 to 5 years in sales, ideally in fast-moving goods or services. Prior experience working in a call center or tele-sales experience is an advantage. Strong telephone etiquette and experience in customer handling. Results-driven, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
