Execution Engineer – Mechanical / Electrical

Penerangan pekerjaanManage handover from sales and coordinate with project managers. Ensure delivery of project‑specific technical documentation (drawings, manuals). Supervise installation and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Support alignment of technical solutions with project budgets. Assist in root cause analysis and issue resolution with quality teams. Recommend solutions considering cost, feasibility, and timelines. Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for internal teams and clients. Stay updated on local and international standards relevant to diesel genset projects. Travel within APAC as required for project supervision, customer engagement, and supplier management. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project delivery. Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel engine / generator set engineering with enclosure solution development. Hands‑on experience in project management, site installation, and commissioning. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems for gensets and enclosure design. Familiarity with switchgear and electrical power protection systems is a plus. Experience working within APAC; knowledge of Malaysian engineering regulations preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Willingness to travel within APAC as required.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Execution Engineer to oversee technical execution for diesel genset and enclosure projects in Malaysia and the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on engineering experience, strong project execution skills, and the ability to collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
This role involves technical application, customer interaction, supplier coordination, and project oversight , ensuring compliance with engineering standards and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Engineering & Project Execution
- Oversee technical aspects of diesel genset enclosures for local and APAC projects.
- Support system integration at local factories and during site installation.
- Provide technical guidance based on Malaysian and regional standards.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure technical alignment.
- Collaborate with key customers to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Act as a technical point of contact for escalations and resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to manage project execution.
