responsible for making calls and engaging on social media to welcome and persuade new customers to purchase our products. You might enjoy this role because it allows you to creatively boost sales and stay current with trends while interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and utilize social media platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers, employing closing techniques to encourage purchases.

Develop and implement strategies to identify potential customers through various channels, including calls and social media, to increase sales.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies and meet monthly targets.

Collect feedback from customers to understand their participation journey, maintaining records of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.

Handle rejections professionally and provide alternative approaches, even in challenging situations.

Job Requirements

Sales Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales, call centers (outbound), or related sales roles.

Multilingual Proficiency : Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong phone handling and active listening skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as a team player.

Results-Oriented : Focused on achieving and surpassing monthly acquisition targets.

Professional and proactive attitude, confident and enthusiastic.
