Location : Shah Alam (Selangor), Malaysia. Full‑time. Entry level. Reference Number :  13847.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all servicing tasks are carried out in accordance with the customer’s requirements, maintaining original manufacturer specifications and incorporating the latest hardware, firmware and software updates.
• Provide technical support for customer servicing enquiries and deliver progress reports.
• Calibrate laboratory instruments prior to the scheduled due date and keep performance test systems updated with the latest software.
• Conduct front‑line support, in‑house and on‑site services, and diagnose and repair airborne radio equipment.
• Maintain laboratory standards and carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on site.
• Support quality management systems, including MS ISO9001, IEC / ISO17025 and EN / AS 9110.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
