Experience in customer service or knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable but not required. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. - Taking initiative to understand the relevant background of the client’s relocation or MM2H needs.
- Connecting with international clients and managing their enquiries.
- Providing good post-service follow-up, maintaining communication with customers, and ensuring all questions are answered.
- Coordinating with internal teams for updates and sharing feedback with the client.
- Managing and maintaining customer data and documentation; maintaining regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates.
- Cooperating with related departments to handle customer enquiries on Seven Star’s service products.
