Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Campus Recruitment team. This individual will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent from universities and colleges. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with students and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to facilitate recruitment efforts.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including job fairs, information sessions, and internships programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate campus recruiting logistics such as travel, accommodations, and scheduling interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and campus recruitment best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-3 years of experience in recruitment agency / talent acquisition or human resources.Strong understanding of the university recruitment landscape and engagement strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.What We Offer
