Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of the group financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Compile and analyze group results (actual, forecast and budget).
• Review and analyze the financial reports for submission to the management.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions between different entities within the group.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations for the group.
• Responsible to update accounts schedules and monthly closing within deadlines set.
• Responsible for various monthly reports for local stakeholders and holding company in Japan.
• Coordinate with external tax / audit agents, company secretary, bankers, government bodies and authorities for compliance and governance purpose.
• Actively involved and handling IPO related jobs, reports and matters.
• Any other duties and projects as required and assigned by your superiors and the department head.
