• Candidate must possess at certificate Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift.
• Willing to wear jumpsuit, face mask, ear plug and use microscope while working.
• Good team player. Job description
• Able to perform all QC Gates and monitors.
• Hands on experience in SEM, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Monitors, 3rd opt, SMTwould be an added advantage.
• Perform FOL monthly product characteristic monitor.
