About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant / Admin Assistant (Mandarin speaking) to join our team at KOPERASI DAGANG EMAS MALAYSIA BERHAD' in Penang. This is a full-time role with an opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing company.
What you'll be doing as Admin Assistant(Mandarin speaking)
- Administrative Support :
- Manage the Manager's schedule, appointments and meetings.
- Handle emails, calls and basic correspondences.
- Prepare simple reports, presentations and meeting notes.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodations.
- Operations & Business Support :
- Assist with business-related research and simple reports.
- Help track ongoing projects and deadlines.
- Support basic data entry and document preparation.
- Compliance & Coordination :
- Assist in organizing compliance documents and reports.
- Work with different departments (operation, finance, audit, admin and etc) to ensure smooth communication.
- Help with meeting coordination and follow-ups.
- General Assistance & Ad-Hoc Tasks :
- Support the Manager with daily operations and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Help organize company events, training or special projects.
What you'll be doing as Customer Service Assistant
(Location Penang, Kedah, Petaling Jaya, Perak, Kajang, Banting and Johor)
Respond to customer's inquiry.Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing branch target.Responsible for branch invoicing and administrative duties.Prospect our services to walk-in customers.Other Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or customer service roleStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookA self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a teamAble to communicate and read Mandarin is an added advantage.What we offer
