Summary You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
Responsibilities Assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining outlet operations in accordance with the concept statement and brand standards. Ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times. Support the preparation and execution of service standards and brand experiences for guests and owners.
Qualifications
Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
Ideally with a university degree / diploma in Hospitality / Tourism management.
Candidate with work experience in hotel F&B operations is preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities skills are essential.
