Technician QAQC

Penerangan pekerjaanConduct in-process and final inspections of transformer components and assemblies. Perform routine electrical testing (e.g., insulation resistance, turns ratio, winding resistance, high voltage tests). Verify compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE). Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in accordance with QA / QC procedures. Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective / preventive actions (CAPA). Calibrate and maintain testing instruments and equipment. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure continuous improvement. Support internal and external audits and customer inspections. Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of QA / QC experience in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing. Familiarity with transformer testing standards and procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and test reports. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
