Job Responsibility
Engage in full cycle of recruitment process Design and implement overall recruiting strategy To design and update job descriptions To have a deep internet research and networking skills that enable one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline; Able to work independently as well as within a team. To source potential candidates from various online channels (Eg : social media and professional platforms like JobStore, LinkedIn & etc) To craft recruiting e-mails to attract passive candidates; To screen incoming resumes / CVs and application forms; To arrange and schedule interview sessions To advertise job openings on career page, social media platforms, job boards Liaise with all departments and business units on any matters related to HR and provide HR advisory services Job Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems Candidates must be able to communicate in Mandarin Job Benefits
