Company Business Nature

A nationwide FMCG Distributor specializing in consumer goods for convenience and supermarket retail networks.

Working Day / Hour / Location

  • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Job Scope

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talents are hired.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, development and training programs.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, including setting goals, conducting reviews and handling performance issues.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and foster a diverse, inclusive and safe environment.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related reports and analytics.
  • Support management in organization design, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Advise and support line managers on people management issues including coaching and training.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Trading / Distributor from FMCG or Retail from Manufacturing / Production.
  • Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation.
  • Able to work independently and is a highly motivated individual.
