• To ensure the production head count is adequate as per planned by superior.
• To ensure the production produce as per schedule / planned.
• To prepare Job Sheet and to provide S.O.P accordingly.
• To ensure all machine are operating in good condition, if not issue Maintenance Requisition Form (MRF) or report to superior.
• To prepare Machine Output Checklist (MOC) for every product running and make sure all the parameters (Temperature, Pressure, Curing Time, Weight and Compound Code) are set as per requirement.
• To filled in the First Product Check (Dimension) and related form for every new product (If Any) to get approval before starting mass production.
• To monitor closely the production target is achieved as per Job Sheet.
• To ensure shift performance is reviewed for every end of shift.
• To participate in monthly and annually stock take.
• To brief all the worker regarding Safety & Health Policies, PPE awareness and proper tools use during operating shift accordingly.
• To ensure the workplace is tidy all the time.
• If notice any unusual things, must immediately report to superior.
• To enact 5s concept among all production worker.
• In addition, must carried out any additional task given by superior from time to time.
