Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and submit permit applications to local authorities and utilities. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection records. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Liaise with sales, design, installation, and service teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed. Coordinate with utilities for interconnection agreements and grid access. Verify that installation plans meet design specifications and quality standards. Schedule and track inspections to ensure timely approvals. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance project efficiency and quality. Update project statuses from time to time. Prepare regular reports on project progress, bottlenecks, and completion rates for management. Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, construction, home improvement, or a related field. Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction processes. Group insurance package. In-house panel clinic. Good career advancement.
