Providing education programs for professional staff, such as doctors, nurses, and other key healthcare personnel, through 1 : 1 presentations, round table discussions, and formal presentations. Accepting all assignments within 24 hours of notification. Notifying the manager if unable to accept a patient assignment or schedule a patient visit within 72 hours due to other circumstances. Reporting any adverse events according to guidelines. Job Overview Supports customers with training, clinical in-services, and disease state information; provides education programs; manages assignments; reports adverse events. Essential Functions Completes reports and assignments accurately and timely. Maintains professional standards in all interactions. Adheres to important guidelines such as fraud and abuse, FDA, Pharma code, and HIPAA. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. High School Diploma or equivalent. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. Clinically competent in disease area. Knowledge of health services and national clinical systems. Ability to manage workload independently. Effective communication skills with coworkers, managers, and clients. Current nursing or dietitian license in good standing. Valid driver’s license.
