About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Managers to acquire, secure, and service US headhunting / staffing / recruiting clients. This is a remote position based in Asia, offering the opportunity to work independently and contribute to the growth of our US recruitment business. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, client-facing, and possess a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, self-discipline, and a proactive approach to business development. You will be expected to manage your own workload, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team. While the primary focus is on US clients, there may be opportunities to explore UK and ANZ markets as well. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and develop new US headhunting clients through proactive sales and business development activities
Secure and manage US headhunting accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the US recruitment business
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Potentially explore opportunities to expand into UK and ANZ markets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Approximately 5 years of experience in relevant roles
Proven experience in acquiring and servicing US headhunting clients
Strong sales and business development skills
Excellent client-facing and relationship-building abilities
In-depth knowledge of the US recruitment market
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-discipline and self-motivation to work effectively in a remote environment
Ability to manage workload independently and meet targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools
Client mindset is a must and product mindset is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
