Overview
Responsible to handle human resources strategy and full spectrum of human resources functions which include benefits administration, employee relations, training & development, performance management, talent management, employee relation, industrial relation and to overseer the administrative matter of the company.
Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contribute information, analysis and recommendation to organization strategic thinking and direction, establish human resources objectives in line with the organization objectives.
Develop human resources financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends and variances, aligning monetary resources, develop action plan, measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances.
Guide and support management by providing human resource advise, researching, developing, updating policies and procedures, guidelines, analyzing information, communicating and enforcing organization values.
Administer recruitment process including sourcing, selection, issuance of offer letter and on boarding staff.
Develop competency plan and career development / succession plan.
Train, coach, develop and motivate direct report staff so as to maximize their potential for better contribution to the objectives of the organization.
Preferably with experience in hospitality industry.
