We are looking for an SeniorExecutive, People and Services to be responsible for performing end-to-end payroll for Singapore, and this role will be based in the Kuala Lumpur Office.
Responsibilities
- Compile payroll information collected from key stakeholders in Singapore to ensure monthly payroll processes are completed on time.
- Ensure all necessary approvals and signatures are in order so that the monthly payroll run is completed in accordance with the stipulated payroll processing timeline.
- Update the HRIS for all data related to payroll matters.
- Support in preparation of periodic payroll reports for stakeholders’ review.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and all related transactions.
- Manage and follow up on all expatriate visa applications and cancellations, tax clearance related queries, settling in, and preparation of all related documents.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits.
- Prepare letters in relation to the employee lifecycle.
- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, and contract expiry.
Requirements
At least 2-3years of work experience in a HR generalist role, specializing in payroll and HR operations.Prior experience handling Singapore payroll is strongly preferred.Exposure and working knowledge of HRIS, preferably Oracle, and other HR databases.Strong communication skills; analytical and meticulous with data.Good interpersonal skills and a great team player.Successful applicant is expected to work in-office, based at Kuala Lumpur#J-18808-Ljbffr
