Overview
We are working with multiple architectural consultancies to look for experienced project architects to join their organization. We have a variety of clients which specialise in different types of projects such as data centres, high rises and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualisation and schematic design for infrastructure and station components; ensure integration across track, signalling, and rolling stock systems.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies (e.g., alignment selection, operational analysis) and formulate proposals for submission to regulatory authorities.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all tender documentation, schedules, and technical specifications for railway systems and permanent way materials.
- Provide technical leadership in design development, ensuring competency in track‑structure interaction and managing critical rail corridor interfaces.
- Liaise, coordinate, and manage relationships with railway operators, government authorities, the client’s leadership, and the multidisciplinary team.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in architecture.Experience in railway projects will have a big advantage.Part 2 or Part 3 architects are preferred.Software knowledge (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) is necessary.How to Apply
