What will you be doing?
- Overseeing all aspects of financial accounting and reporting for property projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Preparing financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts, as well as conducting variance analysis to monitor financial performance against budget.
- Developing and managing budgets for property projects and contributing to financial planning and analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing tax processes, and preparing for audits.
- Contributing to strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis for property development and investment decisions.
- Liaise with tax agents, company secretary, bankers and external auditors of the company.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovations, working with maintenance teams and contractors.
- Coordinating on the property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate.
- Advertising vacant properties and hiring a leasing agent to find tenants as needed.
- Maintaining accurate property records, lease agreements, and other important documentation.
- Review and providing guidance to finance team on regulatory changes and financial processes.
- Formulate and review the policies and procedures to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes.
What you bring?
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent qualifications from Chartered Accounting Bodies.(ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).At least 5 years' experience in the Property Management field.Ability to interpret and interrelate data as well as develop good and integrated business analysis and projections to support decision making.Ability to communicate and deal with various parties involved in a project.Possess high level of integrity and is meticulous with good analytical and reporting skills.PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint.Enthusiastic, passionate, discipline and meticulous.Responsible, independent, positive working attitude and able to work in team.Able to work with minimum supervision.What we offer?
