Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative IT Executive to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's information technology infrastructure, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
- Lead and manage the IT department, overseeing daily operations and long-term strategic planning
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to enhance efficiency and security
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide innovative solutions
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Report on IT performance metrics and project status to senior management
