Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Arabic and English, responding promptly to inquiries and issues
- Offer support through various channels (online chat, email, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, accurately record and track the progress of problem resolution
- Assist customers with account operations such as registration, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic tasks
- Collect and provide customer suggestions, assisting the team in optimizing service processes
- Regularly report work progress and common issues to help improve overall service quality of the team
Qualifications
At least an SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcomeProficient in Arabic and EnglishExperience in customer service within the financial industry preferredFamiliarity with cryptocurrency field is a plus, but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong learning ability and team spiritSeniority level
