Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and assist walk-in customers by providing product information, demonstrations, and recommendations.
• Promote and sell Rigel's sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, and related solutions to retail and project clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain an attractive product display and ensure showroom cleanliness and readiness.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business development.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
• Provide after-sales service and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
