Service Engineer

Overview

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of medical equipment and devices at ELOGIO ASIA PACIFIC SDN. BHD.'s facilities in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will involve a combination of on-site and remote work to address the needs of our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on a variety of medical equipment and devices
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and performing repairs and adjustments as needed
• Installing and configuring new medical equipment and devices
• Providing training and support to users on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment
• Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance
• Collaborating with the broader technical team to share knowledge and identify opportunities for improvement
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to medical equipment servicing
