Responsibilities : HR Side :
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Administer payroll and benefits, working closely with the finance & accounts team
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- To facilitate on ISO Certification Process (9001, 14001)
