Job Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact point for all distributors, key accounts, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships across all identified channels.
- Management of Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets (local and international).
- Drive brand strategies to increase product awareness and market presence.
- Generate sales leads, negotiate contracts, and secure promotional agreements to maximize profitability.
- Negotiate listings, shelf space, promotions, and pricing with key retailers.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, sampling, in-store branding, and seasonal activations.
- Manage trade agreements, merchandising standards, and POSM (point-of-sale materials) deployment.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Forecasting & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient distribution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Data & Insights
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, prospects, and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, and customer data for reporting and compliance.
- Compliance & Ad-hoc Duties
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in all sales activities.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties as required by management.
Job Requirements
Education : Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.Skills : Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and analytical skills. Proven track record in driving sales growth.Languages : Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin / Chinese is an added advantage.Attributes : Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
