Job Scope :
- Partner with hiring managers to align on current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates via databases, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews, coordinating with hiring teams as needed.
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and oversee offer negotiations and onboarding steps.
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience.Proficient in ATS systems and skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards.Strong understanding of employment law and best hiring practices; excellent communication and multitasking abilities.Create and post job descriptions, source candidates, and screen resumes and conduct interviews.Coordinate interviews, manage ATS pipelines, and oversee offer negotiations and pre-employment steps.Track key recruiting metrics, build external partnerships, and ensure compliance and strong employer branding.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
