We are seeking a full-time Account cum Admin Assistant to join the team at ARX Group. In this role, you will provide essential accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing :
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and general office tasks.
- Liaising with internal departments and external partners as needed.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the accounting and administrative functions.
What we're looking for :
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting and administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software like SQL.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in English (plus point with proficiency in Mandarin.)Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Diploma or degree in Accounting and / or Finance.
