Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end incident management, ensuring timely escalation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Drive innovation in observability, predictive analytics, and automation across a vast and complex technology landscape.
- Coordinate across technology, vendors, and business units to meet RTOs and RMiT targets.
- Implement observability frameworks and proactive monitoring across all platforms.
- Develop predictive analytics and leverage AI / ML for anomaly detection and automation.
- Own production environment integrity, enforce change policies, and ensure seamless integration across on-premise and cloud.
- Chair war rooms, maintain vendor management discipline, and drive operational excellence with best practices.
Profile
12+ years in large-scale technology operations, ideally in banking or financial services.Proven leadership in mission-critical production environments.Expertise in observability platforms (APM, SIEM, log analytics, cloudnative monitoring).Strong incident management, crisis leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, and SRE practices.Job Offer
