Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion, and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and report shortages.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Support menu preparation and special events when required.
- Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the restaurant environment or F&B industry.Basic in English and Bahasa MalaysiaWith positive attitude and strong communication skillsStrong knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and international cuisines.Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation.Team player, able to work under pressure and handle busy service periods.Benefits :
