Experience
- 5–7 years in Key Account Management (FMCG / Beauty)
Responsibilities
Lead account strategy, promotions, and annual plansManage trade spend & account P&L to maximize ROIReview sales trends and identify growth opportunitiesStrengthen partnerships with the buying teamMaintain strong customer relationships and drive sell-in / outExecute in-store promotions and ensure merchandising standardsSupport KAMs in promotions, reviews & reportingMonitor stock, sales performance, and competitor activitiesQualifications
Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalentProven KAM experience in beauty / personal careExcellent negotiation, planning & analytical skillsExperience : 3–7 years in Key Account / Trade Sales (FMCG / Beauty)Diploma / Degree in relevant fieldOrganized, analytical, and target-drivenWhy Consider This Role?
