Job Description for Production Executive
To oversee & supervise day-to-day production line & activities to ensure smooth running & efficiently & compliance to FSMS-FSSC 22000.
To manage materials planning & requisition to ensure no disruption of production activities.
To manage production team man power arrangement & provide sufficient training to the staffs to ensure competency level were met.
To upkeep FSMS documentation within own department to ensure compliancy & up to date.
Must be hands on & in the field works.
Requirements :
Min Bachelor Degree in Food Tech, Food Science, Culinology or any food related field of studies.
Fresh graduates & encourage to apply.
Knowledge & competency in followings will be an added advantage : FSSC 22000, Halal, PCQI, exposure on manufacturing of Sauce, Seasonings, Mayo Dressing etc.
Able to work with minimum supervision, good communication skills.
