At Kaer, through Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS), we will accelerate the transition to a low carbon and climate-resilient future by meeting this growing demand with reliable and robust cooling solutions. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, site visits, data collection, client meetings, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships across assigned markets. Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify potential customers. Perform site visits and data collection to support proposals. Prepare proposals and participate in contract negotiations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiations Strategic planning and market research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Experience in the cooling or renewable energy industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field Details
