About the Company
Our client is a well-established public listed property developer that also diversified into other complementary businesses and joint ventures.
Job Responsibilities
- Involve actively in executing the sales plans in line with the sales strategies.
- Field coaching, daily monitoring and motivate the team in achieving the established sales target.
- Assist in executing the training programs, and performance evaluations to develop high quality internal sales force.
- Work closely and coordinate amongst the teams with aim to increase the clientele database and sale revenue.
- Assist the team members to resolve the sales related issues, i.e : customer enquiries and loan approval.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in related discipline with minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development or real estate Industry.Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).Proficient in MS Office applications.Able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result.High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.Able to build effective and long-standing partnerships with relevant stakeholders.Remuneration
RM 4,000 - RM 5,000 + Monthly Commission
