We are looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to drive growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. You will lead our performance marketing efforts across multiple channels, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and turn insights into impact. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and team development — ideal for someone who thrives on measurable results and wants to shape the future of our marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta, Google (SEM, Discovery, Display), YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SEO.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through multi-channel paid campaigns.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve business KPIs and maximize ROI.
• Conduct performance analysis, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Oversee A / B testing and continuous experimentation to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging.
• Deliver comprehensive performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with insights and clear action plans.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to align on business objectives and campaign strategy.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep SEVEN Retail Group competitive.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.
