The Role
We are seeking passionate professionals to join our team as a Fleet Key Account Manager located in Malaysia or Thailand, to manage business relations with our Taxi and Limousine Fleet Partners network across ASIA region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.
Strategic Account Planning
Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems.Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.Contract Negotiation and Management
Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.Onboarding and training of new fleets.Data Analysis and Reporting
Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.Ideal Profile
5+ years of B2B key account management experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients.Direct experience within the transportation, mobility, or a related industry.Demonstrated success in strategic account planning, including identifying and executing on upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts.Core Competencies
