Senior Finance & Human Resources Executive
Ready to lead beyond a single function? We are looking for a hands-on leader to drive both financial strategy and human resources for a leading manufacturing MNC in the HVAC and Hot Water solution industry.
This is a key hybrid role (80% finance, 20% HR) for a professional who can deliver high-level financial insight while ensuring a smooth running HR function.

Here is what you will focus on :
Manage the full spectrum of accounting, including full sets, month-end closing, and reconciliations.Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate tax strategy.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure statutory compliance.Oversee CAPEX, fixed assets, and all inter-company transactions.Oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll and all statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.Administer all HR data, leave, and claims (experience with Justlogin is a plus!).What you need to qualify :
5+ years of proven finance / accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.A Degree, Diploma, and Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).Hands-on experience with full-set accounting, financial analysis, ERP, and Xero systems.If you're ready to make a significant impact in a fast-moving environment, this might just be the role for you!
