Prepares and implements daily and weekly sales plan to ensure target are met.
Responsible to drive product sales and services by meeting with customers in a sales environment and market place.
Participates in identifying new sales opportunities and follow up on sales lead.
Retaining current account by building close relationship with existing customers while acquiring the new ones.
Ensure invoices are collected and monitored.
Prepare tenders and quotations for submission to clients.
Prepare job docket after receiving Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO).
Ensure compliance to any and all company policies and procedures.
Responsible to make sales appointments and prospecting with customers.
Collaborate with other teams and employees to make sure that product is available and on time for delivery such as graphic designer or production.
Responsible to follow up with all customers to make sure that they are satisfied with PNMB’s product and services.
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales.
Understands how to make products appeal to customers based on the environment and current trends.
Uses the Internet and other medium to push products to a given target market.
Responsible to demonstrate advanced sales knowledge.
Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's Degree from (Printing Technology, Business Admin, Public Admin & Marketing) accredited university or college in the relevant field with sales exposure is the minimum eligibility criteria to make an entry.
The individuals with sales and marketing experience at least 2 years of experiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and BM.
Fluent in English and Malay language.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
Self-driven, with a positive work attitude and initiative in problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
