Job Descriptions
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, respond to messages across social media platforms including, but not limited to WhatsApp, SMS, and webmail to ensure prompt delivery of professional assistance.Actively follow up with potential clients to address their concerns and persuade them to sign up for our services.Deliver clear, complete, and reliable details regarding services, promotions, and client queries across all communication channels.Assigning jobs to therapists, update schedules, and ensure all appointments are confirmed and reminders are sent.Arrange and oversee bed deliveries and collections, ensuring smooth service operations.Identify customer needs, handle complaints, process service extensions, terminations, balance payments, and refunds efficiently.Maintain records, update client information in the system, and ensure all necessary details are logged in official WhatsApp groups.Utilize tools to send bulk messages and promotions to clients, ensuring efficient outreach and follow-ups.Send feedback forms and track responses to ensure quality service and customer engagement.Undertake ad hoc duties assigned as and when required.Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too, as training will be provided.Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients).Able to work on a 5 days work week with rotational roster .Working Hours : 10am - 7pm
