We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be trilingual (English, Malay, Mandarin) and have basic accounting knowledge. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting shipment-related inquiries, and handling basic invoicing or payment-related tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Provide timely and accurate information on shipment status, company services, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
- Assist with basic accounting functions such as invoice preparation, payment follow-up, and simple reconciliation
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and accounting to resolve customer issues
- Build rapport with customers and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help improve processes and customer experience
Qualifications & Skills :
Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written)Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the logistics industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic accounting knowledge (e.g., invoicing, payment tracking)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentationProficient in Microsoft Office and customer service softwareAbility to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively
