Senior Manager / Manager for IT Project - Smart Industrial Park & Digitalization

Penerangan pekerjaanConduct IT orientation sessions for new employees. Oversee PC equipment preparation and deployment to ensure smooth onboarding. Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Streamline form submissions, approvals, and other business processes. Manage and develop SharePoint sites for collaboration, document management, and team productivity. Ensure proper structure, access control, and usability of SharePoint resources. Oversee corporate email systems including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure secure and efficient email communication across the organization. Lead internal tools initiatives, including custom applications and digital tools. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system maintenance and upgrades. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and documented. Monitor and maintain smart systems including surveillance, access control, and environmental sensors. Ensure systems are functioning optimally and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and data protection protocols. Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and report potential threats. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (8+ years) in IT project management, with a focus on hardware integration, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of industrial IoT technologies, networking principles, and cyber-physical systems. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, drive change, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget control. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to IT security, data protection, and compliance.
