To maintain, manage and develop online and offline recruiting channels; to reach the recruiting goal according to the staffing needs, including collect CV, find candidates, interview and give offer; to participate in the management on enrollment and probation; to manage candidate files, setting up and maintaining talent pool; to analyze the recruiting effects and follow up the results; to assist in company activities; to assist to handle employee labor relationship
