Responsibilities :
Lead, train, and mentor the QA team to ensure consistent product quality.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet department and company objectives.
Oversee the inspection, testing, and analysis of packaging materials, products, and processes.
Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve batch records, inspection reports, and test results.
Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and update procedures as necessary.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality performance, including defect rates, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Maintain quality records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC & other relevant regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality issues to top management.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
